We're big smoothie fans here at Running Fit Box and KOJA HQ. This Protein Smoothie packs a serious nutritional punch and is great for breakfast on the go or an afternoon boost post run.

ADD MORE PROTEIN TO YOUR DIET WITH THIS SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana (frozen is best for an extra creamy texture)
  • A handful of Frozen Berries
  • 2 tbs KOJA Chia Seed & Coconut Breakfast Topper
  • A handful of Ice
  • 1 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
  • Honey to sweeten

METHOD:

Blend, and serve in a tall glass with a little extra KOJA Breakfast Topper on top.
